About This User Guide

This user guide is intended for Trust and Safety (T&S) professionals who will set up and manage end-to-end T&S operations (including intel and moderation) – from detection to action – using the Alice T&S platform.

Note – Before you continue, make sure that you have set up the data flows between your platform and the T&S platform, as described in the Alice Integration and API Guide, which can be accessed by clicking the API DOCUMENTATION link that appears in the bottom left corner of the page when the main menu is displayed.

• Chapter 1, Introducing Alice – Get an overview of the Alice T&S platform and its key terminology.
• Chapter 2, Getting Started – Get a quick tour of the T&S platform, which introduces its user interface and shows how to set up and get started with moderation.
• Chapter 3, Setting Up Moderation Views – Learn how T&S managers and/or administrators can set up Moderation Views in the T&S platform.
• Chapter 4, Automating T&S Policies – Learn how T&S managers and/or administrators can build Automated Workflows that automatically enforce your platform’s T&S policies.
• Chapter 5, Using T&S Intelligence – Learn how to communicate with Alice T&S experts, ask an expert, get in-depth Intel, and access reports in the T&S platform.
• Chapter 6, Reviewing the Analytics Dashboard – Learn about the analytics that enable you to monitor the performance and accuracy of the moderation activities on your Alice T&S platform.
