Intelligence Reports

Alice intelligence personnel collect intelligence and in-depth insights about evolving malicious threats and emerging trust and safety risks to your platform. This intelligence is provided as PDF intelligence reports that are proactively shared in the T&S platform, as described below. The subject matter of each report may include descriptions of findings, violation statistics, trends on the platform, emerging threats, reports in preparation for a weekly meeting and so on.

To review your account’s intelligence reports –

  1. If a new intelligence report has been uploaded to your T&S account, then an email is sent to you containing a direct link that you can click to display it in the T&S user interface. If this is the case, then skip to Reviewing an Intelligence Report below.

  1. The following describes how to view previously received intelligence reports in the T&S platform user interface. Select T&S INTELLIGENCE in the left pane, select Intelligence Reports. It lists of all the Intelligence Reports that have been uploaded for you by the T&S intelligence team. The most recently received reports appear at the top.

The Report Name and Type columns indicate the name and type of report that is provided. The Upload date column specifies the date that the Alice intelligence team uploaded this report to your account.

You can click on the header of any of the columns to sort the reports by the values of that column, such as Report Name.

  1. You can type Notes about this report in the rightmost column by clicking the cog button. A popup window is displayed. Type in the notes and click the Submit button. These notes are intended for discussions and comments by users of your T&S platform account.

  2. To search for a specific report, in the Search for a report field at the top of the list simply type in any text that is contained in the Report Name and/or Type columns.

  3. To display the contents of a report, click the row of the relevant report to display that report as described below.

Note – Intelligence Reports cannot be deleted.

Reviewing an Intelligence Report​

Each intelligence report may contain different information, as needed, according to the subject matter. For example, as shown below –

Download​

The top right corner of each report provides a Download option, that downloads the PDF file to your local Downloads folder.
