Displaying Automated Workflows

To display a list of Automated Workflows –

1. Select WORKFLOWS in the left pane to display a list of the Automated Workflows that have been defined in the T&S platform.

Clicking the button enables you to edit or delete the definition of an Automated Workflow.

Clicking on the row of an Automated Workflow displays its details and enables you to edit it, as shown below –

This example Automated Workflow is triggered by an item that has more than 10 Flags.

This Automated Workflow then checks whether the entity type is Content or User.

If the entity type is Content, then the Remove action is triggered.

If the entity type is User, then the Review action and then the Notify User are triggered.
